Reno/Tahoe Industrial Lead

Who is servicing the new industrial lead that runs up the hill from Tracy pwer plant east of Sparks, NV at the Reno/Tahoe Business Park?

In looking at Google Earth there appears to be 3-4 customers up that line, with the new rail ending at the Telsa battery factory. However the right-of-way extends much farther up the grade.

Is BNSF still operating out of Sparks? They used to have some customers east of Sparks, but that was several years ago.
