Well, newbie or not, you had better learn to read (and actually have in your possession) the G.O. for that subdivision. It's not a hard thing to figure out the QZ restrictions for all the streets in Sacto.
BTW, rumor has it the calls to the toll-free number on the signal case (answers in Omaha) were significant. The event recorder for that train will be polled and, if true, the crew failed for not obeying a mandatory directive,
Imagine . . . a "remote control" 30-day suspension. What will they think of next.
