Roots of Motive Power Inc., is holding a memorial for Jim "Buggs" Bruggere on Sunday, August 16th at the Roots facility at 420 E. Commercial Street, Willits, CA. Lunch starts at noon, followed by train rides and the dedication of the Jim Bruggere Locomotive Maintenance Pit. Buggs served as the Roadmaster for Roots of Motive Power for many years.
