So what? UP couldn't handle a sliver of feces sliding down the rail if it tried.
They had trains backed up all the way to Roseville and the bay area, and trying to
wye trains at Haggin seemed to be too much for the StUPid blonde railroad with
total ignorance. Should have sent Chad Wilbourn and his Daddy out there to coordinate it.
Francisco Castillo lied and said the Fresno line would be up and running before midnight.
Hogwash! 2900 panels are a lot of ties and rail to lay down.
