BNSF ROW Work on Seattle Sub

I was driving I-5 between Vancouver and Longview earlier today and noticed what looks like the beginnings of work on the Martin's Bluff project between Kelso and CP Interstate at Woodland (this is the triple-tracking of the Seattle Sub between the two points).

Some grading and infrastructure work appears to be already underway just north of the Coweeman River bridge by Longview yard and in the "sandwich" between Kalama and Woodland, where the Seattle Sub ROW splits the NB and SB lanes of I-5.
