The other two hundred or so studies over the last hundred or so years have said the same thing..... plus or minus a bit.

And, studies also have shown it is a lot safer to haul a gallon of oil or petroleum distillate a mile on a train, than on a truck.....

Nothing that folks in transportation safety didn't already know... so the Canadians did another study, just to make sure that it's still so?
