I don't think out of state truck terminals will fly because SB-350 will force all drivers to cut back by 50%
Unless businesses, workers and taxpayers leave the state for areas like Prim and Sparks NV, Medford and KF OR, Kingman and Yuma Az.
SB-730 and 350 are making other states drool at the thought of more businesses being forced to leave.
