Marin/Sonoma Snobs will Block NCRA freight

Elitist do not want crummy freight trains with Pacific Rim Railroad avoiding need to run through their backyards. Ties under the tracks are rotten from Petaluma to Napa Junction. They will scream too about preservatives on the ties polluting the Bay. Corridor up to Sacramento already clogged with passengers and freight. Legislaters will back new road from Eureka to Redding as air pollution matter.
