Near Samson Ave and San Benito Ave (the foundation can be seen on Bing maps)

Ice Facility (In the middle of the yard;between where yard tracks were and mallet house foundation)
Closest road would be Ramsay Ave (although it does not cross the tracks or yard) and San Benito Ave
