I was in Budapest, Hungary in July as well, and there were no migrants to be seen. I was in the Keleti (main railway station) on July 22 and 26, and everything was peaceful and orderly.

This is a recent change. Ever since Hungary announced its intentions to build a border fence along the Hungary-Serbia border, migrants have been flooding into Hungary, overwhelming the country. The images of thousands of migrants living at the Keleti are a total different scene from when I visted just a month ago.
