I believe there was an article on short lines storing excess oil cars, just a few days ago. Older cars are being phased out, or upgraded, newer cars to be phased in, and now, there are too many cars for the current oil rail market demands, where we had a shortage or capacity and cars just a year ago. Forty dollar a barrel light sweet crude is the reason.
