When is the CBA negotiations coming? and what would you like to see?

When is the CBA(national) nego's coming up and what would you like to see
this time around? FInal Terminal pay? Initial? Airbrake pay? Better hotels?
Food service from Karls Jr? trackside? 100 percent after 60 days on the job for
new hires, like those Bakersfield guys in 1998? they got everything because of
W.J Smith got them that.

So what would all you guys (both BLE & UTU) like to get?
