A non-problem. If we wait long enough, most of that population will be in the AMTRAK service areas, doing the jobs that college educated American citizens are unqualified to do. The recent expansion of fast food franchises and other small businesses will be requiring advanced degrees to justify the $15 minimum wage and full benefits, requirements.
