The date had to be chosen to fit in
with the schdule of the school where
Winterail will be held, and depended
on exactly when the school's spring
vacation was scheduled.

AFAIK, the dates of all future WInterails
will also be chosen after the school-year
schedule for the school is determined by
school officials, and depends on when the
spring vacation is scheduled -- again, AFAIK.
