As of today Shasta has 400,000 acre feet more than it did at this time last year. Doubt that the steel bridge is exposed yet, at best probably just the top. It is still at 34% full. Quite a ways to go to get to last year's low point which was just to the deck of the steel bridge and then it started rising.
