is the nearest I can get on Streetview, co-ords are 45.49667, -73.55019 just up slightly on the south entrance to the Northern Elevator, final stages of the youtube video confirmed it as an Elevator, sign on the silo to the right in final scene. Oddly enough the sign wasn't written bi-lingual as one would expect there.
