I'm assuming the OP is referring to the new addition to the SCRPA's caboose collection in the form of Union Pacific CA-2 No. 25052, which arrived there yesterday and was placed on its trucks on rail inside the cage with their other two cabooses, SP 4049 and ATSF 999110.

It's amazing how these threads get derailed by a handful of clowns here. I don't blame Todd for keeping a tight reign on TO, and I wouldn't blame David a bit if he finally threw his hands up in frustration at some of the jackasses here and pulled the plug. Some of you are your own worst enemies.
