I usually see pairs of Tacoma Rail GP38s or GP40s parked here with their trains, as well as an BNSF caboose in cascade green that is used as a shoving platform. Most of what I see on the sidings is covered hoppers, a few boxcars and tank cars, maybe the odd lumber bulkhead flat.

I can envision Sound Transit developing a stop at Dupont once the line is rebuilt. The transit center is already there next to the tracks, and there is room for a platform and for additional parking. They could then extend some of their Lakewood trains south.
