TGV crash kills up to 10 - test train not regular service

Via Slashdot ... test train on a portion of a new line leading to Strasbourg caught fire and derailed. Depending on reports, up to 10 dead, all French railway employees. This is apparently the first time a TGV has derailed causing deaths. Does not appear related to terrorist activity (mandatory notice given yesterday's attacks in Paris).
