Metrolink questions/updated info requested

Hello, I would like some updated info on the following Metrolink (So. Cal.) happenings:

1) when will the Perris Valley trains start running
2) when will they be using BNSF-locos as cab cars (and which trains, ALL of them?)
3) Is there going to be a Christmas special this year?
