The utility work is also going on along Mounts Road/Old Pacific Hwy.

They are burying the cable from the railroad overpass along the east side of the road. They haven't gotten to the JBLM gate that is just before the corner where the road meets I-5 for MP 116/Mounts Road.

Does anyone know how far the double track will go? They have two tracks at the crossing on S. 74th street in Tacoma, the track just past the crossing. Same for the Bridgeport Way crossing. I would assume based on the width of the right-of-way they don't have enough room to double track between Gravelly Lake/I-5 thru Tillicum.

If anyone has info from WSDOT where someone could read about the project that would be great. I haven't had any luck.
