Yes, it is the Santa Fe freight station at 1420 4th Street in China Basin. The office is that of the San Francisco agent. My wife was his secretary in the 60's. She notes her desk is just out of sight to the left. Interesting to note that the Santa Fe passenger station and freight stations were at opposite ends of 4th St, the passenger station at 44 4th Street just off Market, and the freight station as depicted in China Basin.
