The NorthWest Railway Museum in Snoqualmie, WA., has been land - locked for some time now, making the move of any donated or purchased GP-38 quite problematic. The nearest active rail line would be the BNSF Stampede Sub in Kanasket. Or perhaps Eastside Rail in Woodinville or BNSF in Monroe,WA.
