Go to socalrailfan.com. They have an entire forum/thread dedicated to the 3rd main construction, many posts and photos for you to plow through. Somewhere in the middle of it all are PDFs of the final environmental impact statement, track chart, etc. The track chart is dated around 2004, so it doesn't include some revisions to the 3rd main placement between Keenbrook and Blue Cut, but up through the heart of the pass it depicts things pretty accurately.
