Last I saw, thaere ain't no trains rollin by to watch!

And how do we know they didn't have permission. I doubt anyone called the sherrif, or that even if they did - he didn't have more important things to attend to anyway.

If NCRA had any brains, they'd rent out the usable but unused portions to speeder clubs while waiting for the trains to run, if they ever do.

Motor trails, anyone? Keeps the track in place anyway.
