ILBSE (via Oakland) no more?

Hello all, I have a free weekend this weekend and was hoping to catch some good freight action on the Cal-P. A fellow foamer just mentioned that UP's ILBSE no longer works Oakland on Weds and Saturdays. This proves bad news, as I was hoping to photograph what's left of street running in Jack London Square.
Anyway, can anyone confirm this? And what I might be able to see in JLS or Emeryville on a damp weekend?
