I agree, the report is pretty lame. Essentially all images are from a successful monorail (the Wuppertal Schwebebahn). Actually, there is a short scene where a switch is shown, but there is no comment about it.

Aside from Mumbai and Daegu, there are successful and new monorails in the greater Tokyo area.

There is indeed a small space in the capacity/required features area where a monorail can be the technology of choice.

And in some ways, maglev systems can be considered monorails as well (which would mean a completely different space in the capacity/required features area…).
