The photo linked is from 2009, but still that pig trailer is in good shape for the shape it is in. Pig trailers were over - built for the rigors of rail service; this made for a higher tare weight but also better survivability too. BTW, the orange sill striping was reflective, and contained red Southern Pacific reflective lettering within it. Really cool to see at night with a flashlight or camera flash.
