The concrete road crossing panels take a beating. And in this case the angle iron frame weld failed. Causing the mangled iron to lay over on to the #1 rail. Police presence w/flares and UP track inspector.
. Looks like MOW will need to appear tonight. Trains being walked across on the passable 2 track. Cal-P
