Train stuck in Lodi

Today in downtown Lodi, a southbound train was stopped and blocking several crossings. It appeared that maybe it broke in half (or at least in two parts). How long does that usually take to remedy? We found a way around the train on an open crossing, and wondered how long it was there. Just curious . . .
