I agree with the previous post. Considering that they opposed SMART they shouldn't get anything until they reimburse SMART for all the legal fees wasted jumping through the legal hoops and for extra environmental studies.

Another thought about the 30% living within one mile of the station. If the north station is one mile away wouldn't a large portion of the population also still live close enough to walk? Doesn't the north station also have lots of room for park and ride?
