BNSF local power

Is it me, or does it seem that when BNSF assembles a 2-unit set for local or yard service, its either 2 turbocharged units (GP39-2, 39E, V etc) or a turbo and a non-turbo GP38 variant. Its been years since I have seen two NA units together. Current power in Tacoma today was 2 turbo sets, 2 turbo/na sets and a single GP39V
