I'd guess it was born behind a UP [ that is OR&N or OSL etc] 4-4-2 and hid in MoW service for a few decades

IIRC it was assumed the tender would stabilize the first car- and that turned out to be untrue.
I wonder where I got that notion
I also wonder if there is still the plate on the sill that shows tender class and id number
If SP it probly can be traced a bit, If UP I dunno
Or maybe someone with the present owner could tell us
