I know this is a railfan site, but the mention of the In-N-Out on Sepulveda at the north end of the airport made me think of the time I was there and a British Airways 747 landed on the runway that is (literially) right next to the In-N-Out. It's not quite the same as a big steam engine like 3751 up close, but it is an interesting experience.
