Question For SP Bayshore Yard Folks

There was a spur that crossed Bayshore Blvd. and serviced a block with three large warehouse type buildings. The farthest west building was S&W and their shipping warehouse which was actually called Equitable Cash Grocer's. This building had up to 14 spots at one time. Would like to know when S&W's big building on the west end of this block last got rail deliveries and whether you if S&W ever gave up using rail while there?

What job would have switched these industries? Would the same local serve the Dumps and Boxcar Junction?

If only we could get in a time machine, go back that time, and take pictures of that area recording stuff. For example, there are no pictures of trains in boxcar junction that we know of, to this very day.
