How is what this kid is doing, any different than this:

Getty SELLS its footage for commercial use. Why hasn't the Feds (or the railroads) demanded a stop to that?

Further, why is it suddenly "illegal" because you're using a "drone" (which is an inaccurate term, a drone can operate autonomously and these must have a control), BUT any yokel can walk down to the nearest general aviation airport, pay a few bucks to charter a Robinson R22 or a Cessna 172, and get the exact same footage?

And finally, if you're so concerned about that, where's your outage about this - plug in 37.238510 N 115.815993 W into Google Maps/Google Earth.
