Sex is a fascinating subject... No not the way you are thinking.
There are people who have an inherited condition that is very interesting: They are males, XY, but their body development in utero is affected by non-response to the male sex hormone. The result is an apparent female lacking the last third of the vagina and everything beyond. The condition is usually detected when the menses do not start.
They look, think and act as females. Many become models because the male hormone gives them long legs. They marry and live normal lives, although they cannot have children.
So which toilet should they use? Should they have to carry a picture ID to use the ladies? You know, like to be able to vote in some (often the same) states.
