I have apologized to Mr. Vartanoff here publicly. My comment was made in jest. Enough said. However don't inflame the situation by calling someone you don't know a dufus, which I can promise you I'm not.
To add to your comment let's not forget the amount of profit made on unit trains of copper concentrate, soda ash, coal, oil, ect. per carload, is usually higher verses carload freight and intermodal, no matter the service level. It's a huge problem the railroads need to address. Maybe that would make a good topic of discussion.
