I've asked this question before and only got vauge answers.

Do you have cab alerters fitted to your locomotives at all?

I'm talking about proper systems that need the controls or a reset button activated to suppress. Penalty brake applied if not supressed. Second cab person alerter interlocked with the Drivers alerter so that both crew members must be active. Radio link to train control to transmit penalty brake application for overview.
