Thanks for the info. The one time I went down there to look around on a Saturday, I was the only person there for over an hour. Other than the person in the "yard office", nobody else was around. The last article I read in the local paper basically wanted everyone to buy family memberships and make donations, but did not really set out any vision. Does not sound like more than maybe three or four people active in the group at this time. Very sad, although about half of the collection is oddball stuff, the other half like the MKT caboose, steam engine, and switcher all have local providence. Wish them well but it takes a team to turn these things around. Maybe if things are bad enough there'll be some local push to get new blood in the org.
