Ah yeah. Another one on the block. We have two that have been sitting around since 1983 in Sacramento, that where just handed to a Museum to deal with. Maybe, these folks should approach those folks who have won those mega lotteries. Or, how 'bout that guy who is building that full size Noah's Ark. He could have a steam engine running around it.... Do the math. 186 million less 10 million or so(providing you have not spent it all already...)at a mere 5% interest, you'd get the 10 mil back in a year and a couple of months and everyone is happy.... No?
