I see the railroads have some very precise measuring equipment. They can measure oil spills down to the thousandth of a gallon! i.e. UP at LaSalle: 7.932 gallons, NS at Ripley: 1.526 gallons, BNSF at Alma: 20.413 gallons. I suspect something isn't quite right here. I wasn't this accurate in college chemistry class (maybe because of too much studying of alcohols in my organic chemistry class).
