Yep, the SCIG CEQA process started even before I retired.....

It's hard to imagine this has been around now for 8 years, already.........

It's even harder to imagine that our parents generation raised a 12 million man plus military, built well over 180,000 aircraft, and 1000's and 1000's of ships and boats, enough trucks, jeeps, and tanks that by the end, nobody even had to walk, in the last final drive across Germany to meet the Russians.....in the span of just 4 years, to win WWII........
