Sound Transit Light Rail Link testing to Tukwila?

Saturday night at Midnight heading South on I-5 there was one of the new Sound Transit Light Rail units sitting dead in the tracks at about S. 144th Street Overpass along I-5.

I was wondering if anyone knew why this unit was sitting there DIT vs being taken back to the main ST location on Airport Way?

I assume they must have one or both of the tunnel tracks open now for testing from ST on Airport Way South on ML King?

Surprised to see it sitting there. An opportunity someone to come along and vandalize it.
