So P&W is being gathered in by the short line Borg (G&W). Though it looks like a couple of law firms that specialize in "shareholder value" lawsuits (much like class actions, intended mainly to make money for the law firms) are jumping into the fray already. And then there was one - the only dividend-paying non-Class 1 railroad will now be Pioneer, which is microscopic and in the market is deep within the Pink Sheets. G&W is publicly traded, but has never paid a dividend and looks like it never will.

Too bad FEC is still part of the Fortress empire; it might actually make enough money to reward investors otherwise.
