Cable car hardware

Just not enough to show.

Seattle does have a major display of cable car machinery. An end-of-the-line wheel, left behind when the Yesler Street line was retired in the 30s. It is in the South mezzanine of the Pioneer Square Station, under Third Avenue. With cable coming out of the East wall, around the wheel, and back into the wall. Good graphics. The cable came from Muni (thanks, again). Everything is clean and painted. A real hands on display.
