On a recent visit to Palouse Falls State Park I noticed that northbound trains were no longer getting their track warrants at MP 273, and southbounds were no longer giving theirs up at the same location. Is it possible that the short segment of C.T.C. at Joso has been extended northward? Traffic seemed to be at normal levels on this route. I also observed a unit oil train (empties heading north).
