Not enough racks, and definitely not enough lockers proposed for Petaluma.....

They're really not that expensive compared with auto parking spaces, and given the parking issues expected more is better. But, the other thing is to really consider is bike security and the need for camera's. This is so when folks come in trucks with bolt cutters and steal 15 or 20 bikes a day to sell as "scrap", like was done on several occasions at the Gold Line stations, that someone can get the license plate and id the perps.....arrest and convict them of felony "grand theft" (instead of lesser charges like recieving stolen goods, because they couldn't make a case on the theft....!!!!
