New shortline in Olympia, WA

Has anyone heard of a new shortline in Olympia, WA called the Olympia and Belmore? I saw today a news item that only mentioned the name but no details.

Tacoma Rail recently decided to quit serving the Port of Olympia and the Belmore industrial area due to low revenue made lower by some idiot placing a concrete block on the branch leading from the BNSF main at East Olympia, causing a rupture of a locomotive's fuel tank and a multi six-figure cleanup cost borne by the railroad.

There apparently has been nothing in the local newspaper about a new operator on what I believe is a combination of former NP and UP trackage.
