Unit Gon Train on the Cal-P?

I am wondering about a unit gondola train that has appeared on the Cal-P recently. There seem to be two sets of about 15 gondola cars with a UP GE on both ends. Seems like a push-pull operation. Any word on what this operation might be? One train in each direction comes through the Crockett area about 4pm everyday.
